Rope Access Supervisor

The Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in our project teams, leading the preparation and execution of operations at onshore and offshore locations. From overseeing lifting and rigging operations to fostering safe and efficient work environments, your leadership will be key to delivering successful outcomes.

This is a hands-on, adventurous role that offers opportunities to travel, grow your skills, and work on projects that truly make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute lifting and rigging operations on project sites
• Preparation for projects
• Responsible for project documentation during preparation as well as during the project
• Perform rope access and assembly work.
• Prepare projects, including site visits and equipment inspections.
• Identify and report unsafe situations, abnormalities, and incidents.
• Organize toolbox meetings, contribute to safety assessments (JSAs, HAZID, LMRA).
• Ensure compliance with Conbit and client regulations.
• Maintain clear and positive communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Keep project documentation and progress reports up to date.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

Essential:

·         Not a 9:00 to 17:00 working mentality and willing to travel

·         BOSIET/FOET

• IRATA qualification
• VCA-VOL certificate.

Desirable:

• BOSIET and HUET certifications.
• OPITO Rigger, Forklift Operator, or Banksman certifications.
  

Knowledge & Skills

Essential:

• Expertise in tools, lifting methods, and safety standards.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong team leadership and organizational skills.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with hydraulic and electrical equipment.
